ADVISORY BOARD

External Advisory Role – Supporting SME Growth

I serve as an external advisor on advisory boards, helping SMEs structure their growth, sharpen their strategy, and gain an outside, sector-informed perspective.

In this role, I typically:

  • Challenge internal thinking and clarify priorities
  • Share market insights and telecom expertise
  • Bring strategic focus without day-to-day bias
  • Strengthen credibility with partners and investors

Cyber Risk & Regulatory Awareness

As digital infrastructures become central to every business, cybersecurity is no longer only an IT concern — it is a governance and leadership responsibility. Through dedicated training on the NIS2 directive and the fundamentals of ISO 27001, I bring an informed perspective to executive teams and advisory boards on how cyber risk, regulatory compliance and operational resilience intersect with business strategy.

This knowledge enables me to support leaders in asking the right questions, structuring risk discussions at board level, and ensuring that cybersecurity is treated as a strategic management topic rather than a purely technical matter. In particular, the NIS2 framework reinforces the accountability of CEOs and board members for cybersecurity governance, risk management, incident reporting and supply-chain security.

In advisory roles, I help translate these regulatory and security concepts into practical governance discussions: identifying critical assets, evaluating operational risks, and aligning cybersecurity investments with business continuity and long-term resilience.
