ADVISORY BOARD

External Advisory Role – Supporting SME Growth

I serve as an external advisor on advisory boards, helping SMEs structure their growth, sharpen their strategy, and gain an outside, sector-informed perspective.

In this role, I typically:

  • Challenge internal thinking and clarify priorities
  • Share market insights and telecom expertise
  • Bring strategic focus without day-to-day bias
  • Strengthen credibility with partners and investors

Cybersecurity, NIS2 & Regulatory Compliance

Cybersecurity is no longer just an IT issue. It is a business and leadership priority. As organisations become more digital, company leaders must understand how cyber riskregulatory compliance and business resilience affect their strategy and daily operations.

Through dedicated training in the NIS2 Directive and the principles of ISO 27001, I help executive teams and advisory boards better understand today’s cybersecurity challenges and their responsibilities.

The NIS2 Directive places greater accountability on CEOs and board members. It requires organisations to strengthen cybersecurity governance, improve risk management, protect their supply chain and report major security incidents.

I help business leaders turn these requirements into practical discussions. Together, we identify critical business assets, assess operational risks and align cybersecurity initiatives with business goals, compliance obligations and long-term resilience.

My role is not to replace technical cybersecurity experts. It is to help decision-makers ask the right questions, understand the business impact of cyber risks and make informed strategic decisions.
